Hello Seniors please advise

I got a medical request on Oct 23rd and did my medical on Oct 25th which was uploaded by the doctor on Oct 30th.

My spouse did her medicals in March 2013 when she extended her visitor permit. On Oct 24th I emailed CIC and explained that I will be doing my medical tomorrow and why my spouse won't be doing it as she had already done that in March. I attached her medical proof with the email. I asked CIC if anything else is required from our end. But never got a response from them. I sent a followup email on Nov 18th still no response. I sent another email Dec 10th and got a standard response on Dec 11th that no further action is required.

I had my MP office tracking this for me and just now i received an email from the MP's office stating that CIC doesn't have my wife's medical in the system. (MP office had my IME and my wife's IME #)

Not sure what should be the next steps. I am worried now as 60 days deadline of submitting the medical is nearing soon.

I applied GCMS on Nov 18th so I am expecting those either until next week atleast.

I would say get your wife's medical done ASAP... Not to worry about urs, they will find it

Yes, or do you prefer to wait around like this and getting in more trouble (possible rejection) since you didn't supply them with the medical.

YES, Exactly.

But I did send them a copy of proof of eMedical in the email.
It's the same way someone would do an upfront medical and send the copy of that once CIC sends an MR, please correct me if I am wrong.

This is not a game of right or wrong.

The VO processing your case can NOT find it. You can play the waiting game and hope that they find it (might be never) or just do the medical and get your application moving again.

I see this as a game. You're trying to play it, but you're up against the government. You'll lose at the end. So please do swallow your pride (i would be annoyed if they lost mine too) and just retake the medical. That will get your application rolling again.

Are u trying to save the money by not doing medical for ur wife?
Again do not wait.. You will make ur file in trouble

That's not the matter. I thought at that time if she had already done it what's the need of doing it again.
I am doing it ASAP now. Will keep my fingers crossed. I hope they receive it before 23rd Dec. which is the 60 day limit that they give to do medicals

Firstly tell the doctor about your situation and ask them to confirm in advance that they will upload the results before this date then. Some doctors don't upload the results right away as they usually have a scheduled specific day of week to do that.

I just got off the phone with CIC and the guy was nice enough to confirm that they received my wife's medical today which was done on March 8th. Still uncertain what's going on!

The earliest appointment I am getting with the doctor is on Dec 18th. My 60 day period ends on Dec 23rd. Worried if they will be able to receive the results on time. I don't want to lose it at this stage
