Medical misrepresentation- "Have had Serious Disease" question

Has anyone heard of misrepresentation cases because of answering the question in the background form:

"have you ever had a serious disease, physical or mental"

any cases where medical test revealed otherwise and applicant was accused of misrepresentation because of that?

Its a misinterpretation if being lied , Bottom line you never know when it can be revealed by what ever means that too precisely known by CIC.

well, not necessarily only if it a lie. it can be misunderstanding or unintentional, it could still be misrepresentation. I was just wondering if this was ever the case with question, as it is a general question, there were no definition anywhere of what is considered serious.

I know this could be misrepresentation if it was suspected to be a lie but I am just wondering if anyone ever heard of such story about this specific question.
