My parents got tourist visa and will be staying with me for 4 months. What medical insurace is a good value for them to get during that period? They don't have any major health issues aside from old age.

You should get minimum $50k insurance with preferably 0 deductible. There are a many Canadian companies to choose from with some variations in benefits & claim processing.
