Medical instructions tracking

Dear All,
I need your help for below information please.
I have applied for Spousal sponsorship and as per online status "Medical instructions have been sent to me on 18th July-2018" but I am confused for below.
- I am not receiving any email from CIC (checked Spam as well)?
- Is there any way to track medical instructions shipment @ mailing address?
- Via which courier CIC sends instructions @ mailing address in UAE?

Is your application linked online on MyCIC/Gckey? Typically, the medical instructions would arrive as a letter in your online account, rather than being mailed.

I have not linked my account with MyCIC/Gckey, we just checked it online status via my spouse Canadian identity.
I have mentioned my email address on all forms including my addresses but from the beginning till now i have not received any email from CIC.

There will be a copy of medical request on GCKEY. It is advised to link your paper application to your online account (GCKEY). Medical request would have also been sent to principal applicant’s email if supplied in application.

If they never linked the account, the meds request won't be in Gckey, even if they link now. It's doesn't retroactively load in communications after you link.

I dont have GCKEY, my spouse is checking status via her "Sign In partner" link and my status is showing that My application has been processed on 18th May and sent the receipt to me & on 18th July there is new status that medical instructions have been sent to me as well but from the beginning i am not receiving any email or mail even though i have provided them my email address but have not got any email & checked my spam email folder as well. Please need your support in the same regards. Further, please confirm if there is any Canada immigration calling number from outside Canada.

hi! when did you receive your medical instructions? how long did it take?
