I was reading my wifes manual for her sponsorship and under the title Medical instructions it says,
Who must undergo a medical examination You and all your family members who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents must undergo and pass a medical examination, whether they will be joining you in Canada or not.

Members of the family class include:

spouse
common-law partner
conjugal partner
dependent children

So in my situation it would be my wife her 3 brothers, sister and mom and dad.......????.....i am not sure if thats what its asking you, beacuse if it is then thats alot of medical examinations and alot of money,

can someone help me plz???

thanks.

ps. GREAT WEB SITE

What it means is your wife and all her eligible-to-be-sponsored family members (which in the case of a spousal sponsorship only includes her dependent children) must undergo medical examination. Your wife's parents, brothers and sisters are not eligible to be sponsored as members of an application where you are sponsoring her, so they do not have to undergo medical examination. If, after she becomes a PR, she applies to sponsor her family, THEN they'd undergo medical examination as part of their application.
