Medical Instruction mail missing

Got a mail from CVO requesting for new Schedule A Form, payment of RPRF, also mentioned in the mail that medical details will be sent in separate mail.
Its Almost 10 days but they did not send the Medical Instruction Mail.I have checked my mail box completely. What can be the problem? Has anybody faced this situation?
Feeling little tensed
BTW i have paid the RPRF

U must check your spam folder, it has happened with few ppl that email went to spam. If you still unable to find then raise CSE immediately to your VO and inform the same so that they can resend MR.

I have raised CSE and also e mailed the Visa office. Its Four days but no reply received from Visa office.

Chances r very rare that u would get reply for CSE. You can go ahead and do upfront medicals, nothing wrong with that. Download that form from CIC web and complete your medicals. If you get reply to CSE by then its good or u forward all the docs with medicals receipts to NDVO. All the best!!
