Medical info sheet - type as worker

Hi,

I got AOR on July 25th. However today, I reviewed all my documents again and noticed that on my e-medical information sheet, it says "Upfront medical type: Worker" under Client visa details section.

Seriously, it got me worried because the exam was for PR not a work permit.
Can anyone confirm if the upfront medical type is supposed to be shown as worker??

I was told by the staff in the clinic last month that they put "worker" status for everyone who applies for Express Entry.
