I am a QSW,federal applicant.I received fairness letter for medical inadmissibility of my son.Is there anybody in this forum with same condition?

Whats the reason mention on the letter.

if any disease found than give Immune vaccine ...
that's what i think for the same.

You didn't mention condition. You will have to prove that your son will not place excessive demand (over $$6500/year) on the medical or social wefare system.

Now 3 month extend other wise i may get VISA......

If any applicant have premature child and his / her age is 8 to 9 month. and who have completed his / her medical or waiting pl. share. so we can share to each-other experience.

On a positive note the are only asking for another report after 3 months in order to see whether there are any complications from prematurity that will continue to be an issue throughout childhood/life. This is much better than a procedural fairness letter due to a specific disease. If your baby is progressing well and growing out of the typical preemie issues your chances of success are very good.

At the time of panel physician told us for child need to lift from here to there. we replied never child can run against our request. always he and she can move on his / her mood. then panel doctor told us for sending video of my child. i sent them. but again they told you need to submit report under pediatrician doctor. i meet pediatrician. he checked all and said child is very good. there is no need further report. after i have got reply from medical officer - new delhi visa office. you need to be submit further after 3 month.

Unfortunately you have to follow their requests. Obviously they are concerned about something. Perhaps cognitive delays which can be common in premature babies. They may want to evaluate the baby when he is slightly older because it is very hard to evaluate cognitive and developmental delays at such a young age.

As per there medial reports he is diagnosed to have ASD. But they have given me a chance to submit additional documents.As per that i submitted additional documents and waiting for their reply for four months.

Than it might be taken a chance of hold of baby's clearance ,as per the law of taking care of child of reimbursement . $500 per month and as per Canuck 78 statement because it's cross the limit of that.
Please mail at particular VO as it's taken almost 4 months to answer.

I send a case specific enquiry in June end and as a reply ,i received an apologizing email from CIC for delayed processing . In August 8th ,CPC Ottawa send an email to me ,informed that my application shifted to Ottawa for continued processing.So i am still in confusion whether it is a positive or negative reply to my application.

Calm after a month if you didn't recieved any update than mail them again in Ottawa .

now she is 9 month older. she has weight of 6.5 kg. during observation pediatrician said very good body and development. but immigration medical officer sen me mail after submitted medical. they require further medical report. they suggest you need to be submit after 3 month. when she will enter in 12 month.

Kindly share your child information. also i need to call you. please send your no

The previous case also has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. It only comes to light in the later posts.

Everything was normal.We did our medical when he was 2 and half years of age.During our medical ,physician had observed that he was not responding to my call and delayed speech.She farther send to pediatric psychologist and speech therapist.All these reports diagnosed that he is a ASD case.But i received the fairness letter,after the medical validity completed.To reply for this we consulted private speech therapist and pediatric psychologist.I send these reports to CIC, which recommended six months of speech therapy and normal schooling.Now my son is going to pre-KG and he able to speak up to three word sentences.

I think they wanted to asses how much improvement he had during this one year.
