Hi all

Just to add, I would highly recommend Dr. Abdullah Davoodbhoy at Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah as well. I went there this morning, and was done within 50 mins. The staff were great, they all knew what the CIC Express Entry was and what the medical was for. I got my e-Medical print out and the results will follow on tomorrow. Cost 700AED.

Guys, for the medical test original passport is required or copy of passport is okey? Because I am working in Abu Dhabi and my company isn’t giving passport easily.. and it took long time and long process to get it.

Dr McCulloch's Clinic in Khalifa Street, near Mediclinic (formerly Al Noor Hospital).

I was able to book it with a copy of my passport, as the original was at my embassy at the time. They made me promise to bring it as soon as I get it back and I did shortly after.

They took 5 days to submit the test results.

Anyone has experience with something similar to this: I underwent a profilactic surgery and removed an internal organ from my body to prevent cancer, this was last year, this was determined solely on genetic testing and I was courageous to take such decision ( seomthing like what Angelina Jolly did) , now I have very few scars showing and during medical testing I may be questioned about those scars or whether I underwent surgery! Would this affect medical results? otherwise I am completely healthy? Would my case be inadmissible to Canada and I will be denied PR?

I don't think so. It doesn't matter if you have surgeries or not. You just need to be honest with the doctor. The only thing that will effect your result is that you are having some diseases or illness which will give extra burden to Canada health care system or they are contagious. You removed the organ to prevent cancer and you actually don't have cancer now, so what's the matter?

Do we have to wait untill they submit the results or can we submit the application right way as soon as we get the tests done?
