Hi is there any way I can get my medical done up front before ITA, my status is expiring in a week and I wanna do my medical, my passport is gone for PCC do I need it at the time of medical??

What are the documents required for medical ??

I used passport for my medicals. I'm not sure if it's a must. You can call the doctor's office and ask in advance.
