Hello, I just got my medical done in Singapore at Fullerton. It was an upfront case. Today I got an email from the clinic attaching the information sheet (eMedical) for me and my family. Do i have to upload this information sheet or eMedical to the CIC portal?

Yes you have to combine all pages of the information sheet into 1 single PDF and upload it.
