Medical in former Soviet states

Hey everyone

I was wondering if anyone knew the ins and outs of the medical from former Soviet states? I've been told by some people that my wife (Armenian-Syrian duel) does have to do it before we apply, and also that we can do it later on too. One less thing to sort out before we submit if we can do it later!

Assuming that you are filing an outland application she will need to have her medical done upfront before you submit the application. Please follow the directions on the instruction booklets for your application. While some others may indicate they were able to 'get away' with skipping specific parts until later, why would you even risk it if CIC specifically states to include this information up front.

Ah ha, thank you for clearing that up Alurra - I must have missed it on the forms. Of course, we want to have everything done and dusted before sending it off so we can forget about the whole thing until it's all processed
