Medical have been received

The status remains "In Process" for me in ECAS. When you click on the link for details it shows that the medicals have been received. BELOW LINK SAYS, if the medical have been received then status will be “Decision made”. We did the medical in September 2011, and my new born baby did the medical on March 2012. I applied in 2007. Anybody have any experience on this
