Medical has not been updated on CIC

I finalized my medical exam on November 28 but it still hasn't been updated on my CIC account whether I passed or failed my medical exam. How long does it usually take for them to update it for me to see it on my CIC account?
I know it's just been 4 days but it says on the website that it just takes 24 hours. Is it normal or should I go to where I took my medical exam and inquire about this?

Very dissapointed to find out that IOM didn't submit my medical results and that's why they didn't update my medical on my CIC account. Hopefully I'll see an update within these 2-3 days and they'll continue processing my application.

My medical just changed to passed on my CIC account. Hopefully processing my application won't take too long after this.

I applied for SOWP and my wife (spp) study permit togthr on 4th of Oct 2016.
It is paper based application.
processing at VAC Bangalore..
Wife (spp) study permit was Approved on Oct 12th 2016,

My spouse open work permit is still in process, my status says
Status - OPEN
Medical - PASSED on 12th November 2016

And also I got a reply from them on 15th November 2016 stating :-

Please submit the below mentioned Additional documents.
* Marriage Certificate
* Proof of funds for Me and Spouse

Now again I submitted the demanded additional documents on 18th of November at Vfs pune.

I havent received any update yet... no email , no msg nothing,
I m realy worried...
