All the pre-june applicants (who are in process from long time or got waiting letter) who have received Medical Request recently , Please update here.

We will come to know the status of London Visa Office and its trends for old applications.

Coming 6 months is very important for all of us for MR & PPR.

I still havent got my waiting letter still...

i am In Process since 24 May 2012, NO waiting letter yet and NO documents requests, BUT i think not everyone will get wait letter, i read in other threads that some are not getting wait letter even though they are from LVO.

My status is In Process since march 15, got the wait letter dated 23 march.
E cas not accessible since 2 weeks!
Is there people enquiring to CIC regarding this??
N what's the response from them. Kindly reply

I checked with my Agent in Dubai...as per them they still haven't received any waiting letter.
My ecase was not accessible for 2 weeks then suddenly there was no address and lately RBVO changed to In process since 21 May 2012.
From In process time onwards we need to wait 6 - 12 months ????

I also applied for a student visa for which unfortunately I got a rejection letter last week....will that have any effect on my PR process...

Please can any one advice..

Ur student visa rejection should not affect ur FSW application.

I am a pre june applicant , my processind date was 25th April 2012 and got meds request in June , medicals done and sent on 26/06/2012

You are lucky that you didn't get the waiting letter.

This letter is nothing but a soft way to postpone our MR.

Can you please share, what was the ground/reason of rejecting your student visa?
