I am CEC applicant of june month from Canada, i am in India for 2-3 month and medical suppose to come next month. so can i complete medical from India and inform to CEC about my vacation.

Sure you can. A lot of people fail to understand that CIC does NOT require an applicant to stay within Canada while the CEC application is in process.

As long as you complete medicals in india from list of DMPs accredited from CIC.
