Medical forms Lost by post... Share the experience please.

CIC informed me that we have sent you the medical forms on 15th of may but i never received them. I have wrote them back to resend me the forms, no reply yet. If there are some other guys who faced the same issue or having the same issue? please share your experience.

sorry about the delay with your medical forms, I am just wondering if we are in same boat, but that will be confirmed by the end of this week.
how long did you wait before writting them back?, I was also informed by LVO that a letter has been sent to me on the 13th of July,
I havnt recieved it till date, I am getting worried now because I think it has exceeded the normal mailing time from Uk to where I live(Saudi arabia), I will be writting them if I dont get it by the end of this week.

I havnt recieved it till date, I am getting worried now because I think it has exceeded the normal mailing time from Uk to where I live(Saudi arabia), I will be writting them if I dont get it by the end of this week.

I sent them CSE on 29th July about status of my application and they replied me on 1st Aug that they have already sent me the medical forms on 15th of May (almost two and a half months back). So i have wrote them to resend me the forms by email or registered mail. No reply yet. Lets see.
Did they send you the medical forms as well?

no problem ,just print a copy of email by VO confirming they have sent you medicals ,take 6 required photographs of each of your family members ,passports and other Ids and appear before DMP after appointment. Let him know the situation and he will arrange the appropriate medical for you .

I went to take the appointment from DMP today but there the guy asked me for original forms. They said they cant do medical without the forms.

this happened to one of my close frnd.and interestingly he came to know after passing 100days of the medical letter sent by lvo which he never received.he emailed them and told that he didnt get the mail.after painful wait of one month they re sent him the medical request.

i think u shudnt worry much.coz ur elligibility has already been approved so they sent u med request.at this mature stage of the case they usually dont bother the 60days compliance limmit as u ve told them that u didnt reveive it.

iam 100% sure u will get the one again in near future.just relax and go to ur related post office and meet the daakiya and ask him to deliver u rightly in future.i did the same ,met my daakiya,exchanged cell numbers and gave him 500 rupees.the day the letter came,he rushed to me and handed me the mail.

Interesting ...this happened with me too...

I wrote a case specific query to LVO asking about the progress of my case (around June end) and they replied that they had already sent my MR etc ....
My medical was not received by me for 26 days....so I wrote to them again...
Next day i got the brown envelope.... interestingly after couple of days, LVO replied that they have resend all the form with the new 60 day deadline (starting from the date of email...) !!!!!

Now I haven't yet received the second copy, its been 26 days again !!

In the mean time I finished all the paperwork with the first copy and send them to LVO.

Now waiting for Passport request

LVO sent me an email that they are going to send me the Medical form again this week. Now let's see how many days it takes. Though I requested them to send the forms with courier or at least registered mail but who knows?
I hope I will get em soon.

Dear chizzy , 13th of july was the date the VO actually wrote on yur med forms instruction..it takes time for any parcel to get out of their building for delivery and that even comes in their record..
same happens with my friends case ..he came to know by CSE that his med was sent to him on 3rd of july but after getting no mail for a month he again enquired ...there he again got an email that the package actually left thier building on 29th july and on 6th Aygust he got the package..

Dun worry bro... Inchallah u will get em soon. LVO sent me an email today that my medical forms will be sent on Monday 13th Aug by normal mail. I hope this time i also get them. Regards.
