Medical forms and Right of permanence fee requested??????

Newbie here, please help,
We submitted forms in Jan 08,
recd AOR in Mar 08,
IELTS requested Mar08,
IELTS done in April 08,
Documents transferred to Detroit in Aug 08,
recd medical forms and request to pay right of permanence fee and NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED letter- Sept 08

Any ideas about whether this indicates good news if medicals are ok and ideas about time line. We will have the medicals done next week.

so far so good, as long as your medicals are okay.

You may hear from Detroit in about 2 -3 months after your medicals have been submitted by the DMP.

My file was trasfered to Detroit on Sept 4, 2007, and medicals completed on Dec 8--------> today (9/11/2008) I have received PPR !
