Medical For Visa

Dear Friends?
I am going to apply for visa at CHC islamabad for student visa but the problem is that i did my own medicle test for satisfication,all were -ive [HIV,ICT(TB),Hep A,Hep B,] etc but only one test of liver function test (SGPT=104) is making Problem ,Now suggest me will it make problem in /medical examination for student visa? If any one has any related experience please share and guide me about it
