Medical for kids?

Good day folks,

Can someone tell me if kids are also required to go for medical test?
My son is 4 year and daughter is 3 months old and would plan accordingly.

If there is a forum to discuss this, please let me know the path

Yes, I had to do one for my 4 year old. They don't have to do blood work, urine or X-ray though.
