COULD WE OBTAIN MEDICAL EXAM FOR CIC CLEARED FOR EXPRESS ENTRY WITHOUT ITA.

I GOT POLICE CLEARANCE
ANYTHING ELSE REQUIRED.

Unless you are sure that you are getting an ITA in the next round, getting a Police Certificate is useless as CIC requires a Police certificate less than 3 months old.

Regarding Medical before ITA there are posts already there. Please do a search before creating a new topic.

Chad 30 are you sure that the PCC should not be less than 3 months old.As some one told me that PCC is valid upto one year.

the cert itself is valid for up to a year, but for Canadian immigration it cannot be more than 3 months old when you submit it.

Hi Chad 80,just spoke to BLS international and they said that the PCC is valid up to one year ,so we can go ahead.

I don't know who BLS International are, but the fact is that when you submit your police clearance for Canadian immigration, it needs to have been issued within the previous 3 months. Yes the cert itself will still be valid when you submit it if its older than that, but CIC will reject it.

Is BLS a consultant? If so, they should be ashamed.

The medical exam is valid for one year and you need to land in Canada by the time that one year expires.

BLS International does all the passport and PCC requests within Canada on behalf on the Indian High Commission.We are getting a score of around 467 and will be making our express entry profile by march.I have done all the payment ready for the PCC as well and sending my documents now.lets hope we get an ITA within those three months.

You don't need a police certificate or medical exam to make the profile though. Only the ECA and Language scores.

Guys , the 3 month thing was applicable earlier when the application timeline was 11-13 months.
Now if your PCC doesnt expire in next 6 months, you are good to go.

I know I just paid them for the Fed ex thing and have made the bank drafts ready.I cannot get a refund for the Fedex but I still can resubmit the bank draft and wait..any suggestions

Oh Thank you Sammy we anyways expect the PCC to come in March and hopefully by May we can expect invitations for the 450 Plus scores,so should be okay.

Where did you read that about 6 months Sammy? As far as I'm aware, purplesnow is correct and it needs to be issued within the last 3 months, unless there is an update to this on the CIC website or in the ITA then that is still the rule

Guys what should I do I have already arranged for the pickup and made the bank draft,do you guys suggest wait till i get the ITA and apply.I believe I can still use the Fedex label
