Medical Fee in Qatar

Dear Friends,
I am a resident of Qatar. I have received my "GREEN MEDICAL FORMS". As per my knowledge there is only one Designated Medical Practitioner in Doha "Dr. Malini"
Can anybody please help me about the medical fee in Qatar.
She is asking for
400 X 3 for my family and myself (total 3 people) Dr. Malini's fee
550 X 2 for My wife and myself for medical examination
150 Courrier fee

Please help if anybody knows that

Hi zaibi, in bahrain the payment is 98BD for me, 63BD for spouse...In the phil 1child is 3000pesos. I think the payment is regulated by CIC, depending on the location, and the cost of medical check/laboratory/x-ray in one country. I can see it is different in one country to another even if converted. ;D
