Conservatives downsized all government offices long time ago and continue doing that, there are not enough people to deal with all papers conservative's bureaucracy creates.

Got the COPR through the mail today! Guess I was worrying about a boat load of nothing! I suppose immigration will do that to the best of us ha!

We managed to get an urgent appointment at our local cic building instead of having to drive the 6 hours to the border and back!!! Yey its only 1.5hour drive ;D
