Medical expired but nothing changed on the online profile- anyone of similar situation

I have my medicals expired last week. Based up on my previous email to Ralph evething passed (eligibility, security and criminality. Medicals are valid till October 23, 2019)

I was expecting a remed request, extension or even status change to “you don’t need a medical exam” but till the moment, nothing changed on my profile. It is still showing the old medical pass date in January 2019.

Please advise what does that mean?
