Hello! I just received a message to take the medical exams for me and my family. I have a 21, almost 22 years old child, who I've no contact. Any contact. I can't even ask him to take this exam, because we don't talk at all. I was trying to find information here, actually I found plenty of things, but normally about minor kids. If I just write a letter that there is no possibility for me to be sponsor in the future, and sign with the notary, is it enough to ircc to cancel this medical request? Thank you in advance!

If he’s included in your PR application it’s a must. Later he can claim his residence in Canada but turns out there is a sickness.. they won’t approve you without it. Your best bet is to consult immigration lawyer.
