Medical Examination

I'm sponsoring my Wife, She is in Colombia right now but I have some questions about the medical exam.

-Do I have to attach her medical exam to the form IMM3908 E(07-2011)? or Can I send the form IMM 3908 E(07-2011) without her medical exam?
-Do we have to wait until the Canadian Embassy at Bogota Colombia tell her that she has to do the medical exam with the specific (DMP) in Colombia?
-Do I have to wait for her medical exam before I send her application to Mississauga? if so how much she has to pay for her medical exam?

Your wife has to complete Appendix C which can be found in the Region Specific Forms. Take it with her to the DMP.
The DMP does her medicals and issues her with copy 2 of the Medical Form (IMM 1017). This form has a photo of her attached.
She then sends this to you along with the rest of her application.
The DMP will then forward her medical results to the appropiate Regional Medical Office (Canadian Embassy).
Prices vary from country to country and from DMP to DMP.
