Hi
I have applied for TRV from India and have an active work permit. I had to come to India due to a medical emergency of a fractured bone. I have received medical request from IRCC. Will I get fail in the examination because of a fractured arm because it is still under healing? I am really worried about it.

I read this
But it ismt clear if fracture is an issue or not
Your bone fracture will probably be healed by the time IRCC approves your TRV. Don't you have healthcare in Canada since you have a work permit and were a resident? Either ways, it doesn't sound like something which can make you medically inadmissible as excessive demand threshold is $26k+/year and I highly doubt that's what the cost of treatment would be. That said, if you have underlying conditions which are revealed in medical exam, things could change.

Also, depending on how long you have been away from Canada, you might not need a medical.

Thing is, if you want to return to Canada you have no choice but to go through medical examination as they have clearly requested it now.

I would recommend go do the medical and wait for PFL. It's very unlikely you are medically inadmissible based on a fractured bone which should heal in 4-6 weeks but if they request additional tests, you worry then.
