You have to go with your husband and dependents for the medical exams.

I don't understand, how exactly are you being sponsored for PR?

If your husband is going with you and you are the principal application (although I don't understand your case), he should submit a separate application.

Its family class sponsorship, me and my family (mom, bros and sis) are sponsored, i missed the initial medical examination two years ago, because it was right after my wedding (its complicated) so after wedding it took like a year until we got my husband added to our application by our aponsor in canada and it was apporved by immigration office in canada, now after about 3 months that i heard from our aponsor that she recieved confirmation about my husband and son's appoval, today i recieved email for medical examination but no letter for my husband and son.

I still don't quite understand, so your mom's husband is sponsoring her and you are listed as a dependent?

If this is the case, then by getting married you would automatically disqualify yourself as a dependent since dependents by definition can't be married. I really don't understand how you or your husband and son are still included in your application.

Also I don't understand what your sponsor means by he heard of them getting "approval". There is nothing "approved" until you have all completed medicals and have your COPRs in hand.

Are you moving to Canada because you get a job or because of your professional background? If you need advice from this forum, then you need to clarify yourself. As members here are saying, no one understands you case to advise, because what you have said so far doesn't fit any immigration category (particularly, sponsorship). It could be that your relative (thinking is your sponsor) might have applied for federal/provincial immigration program for you (now offered to the express entry). In this case, your husband and dependents can be added and your husband must submit application too!

That would not explain the mom also included in the application.
Basically a mother can't be included as a dependent in a daughter's PR app, and a married daughter can't be included as a dependent in a mother's PR app.

I can't think of any immigration stream in which a mother, daughter, and daughter's husband, could all be included in 1 application. Unless perhaps it's some kind of H&C app.

Im really sorry that i got you all confused
Our application is family class sponsorship, and we are sponsored by group of 5 people,
The application was submitted on dec 2010 on that time i was under 18 so i was a dependent, when on april 2015 we recieved letter from embassy for interview, we passed the interview and after one month or so i got married and this was when embassy issued us the medical examination letters, i missed the appountment and then we had to add my husband to the application by our sponsor so that they accept the responsibility of a new person in the application to the immigration office in canada, after that the baby and we had to add him too, this process took almost two years after interview , and after my husband and son was added to the application i got a seperate application no. & file so my husband and son is my dependent since the application is initially ours, and he is added later, today I recieved email with medical examination letter only for myself, do i have to include my husband & son's info in the email for getting appointment or just for myself, or any idea why no medical examination letter for them?
Thank you

Still too confusing. What stream is that? who is sponsoring whom? how can 5 people do a joint sponsorship application to get a whole family? that can not be a family sponsorship! Is it a nursing stream????

Are you being scammed?

Something is very wrong. Your husband can't be added to the application, as he is not dependent of your mother. Furthermore, to remain a dependent of your mother, you needed to remain unmarried. By marrying, you are legally no longer a dependent and should have been removed from the application.

Yes, it can. OP's mother is being sponsored, most likely through PGP if the app was submitted in 2010, with her dependent children included.

As mentioned, once you got married you ceased to be a dependent of your mothers. Following CIC rules, you, your husband and your child should not be allowed to be included as dependents in your mother's application.

These were the rules at the time you applied 7 years ago, I assume you were "Type A" dependent at that time: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/def-dependent-child.asp
Note: Dependent children must meet the above requirements on the day the Case Processing Centre receives a complete application. Whether or not they have attained the age of 22, children falling under type A must not be married or be involved in a common-law relationship at the time of visa issuance and when they enter Canada.

So it's very likely this is what's causing your mixed up medical requests. Once someone at CIC puts all this together, there is a very good chance they will remove you from the application alltogether and proceed with issuing PR visas only to your mom and siblings.
