Hi,

I'm sponsoring my wife for a permanent residence. Before she came to Canada, she has obtained a proof of the medical examination from a designated clinic by Canadian Embassy in Korea. My question is whether we can use this proof as a replacement for IMM 1017 SCL, "Medical Report" form.

Thank you very much in advance.

Just to provide an additional info about the proof of the medical examination that I mentioned above, it says "IMM 1017 EFC" on the top of it, but the medical report form that I can find in the immigration website is "IMM 1017 SCL". Are they different? Can I just use the one my wife obtained from Korea? i.e. "IMM 1017 EFC"
Thank you.
