Hi..

I need assistance with a few items for an outland spousal pr application.

1) Do you know if the medical exam needs to be done before the application can be submitted? Or do i submit the application then get advised by the immigration office to do the medical examination and send that in?

2) My kids are born in Australia but are also Canadian citizens. Do they need to be included in the spousal application form and do they need medical examination?

3) Did most of you apply using paper based or online app? Any feedback on which worked better for you?

Thanks heaps.
:)

Hi

1. The medical needs to be done beforehand. The doctor will give you a document to include in the app.

2. No, they do not need to be included as dependents or be medically examined. They need to be listed on IMM5406 - Additional Family Info and on IMM5481 - Sponsorship Evaluation.

3. There is no online option.

Hi Canuck_in_uk,

Thanks for replying. Go 'Nucks Go! I am a fellow Canuck ;)

In regards to form IMM 5406, I will need to be listed on the spouse line in Section A and my kids (both under 18) to be listed under Section B Children?
Any idea if my husband needs to list his mom and dad on Section A and his sister on Section C?
only the kids, my husband and I are the ones moving back to Canada.

Good to know my kids don't need medical exams.
Thanks again. :)
