Medical Examination for Express Entry

Hello everyone,
i want to know more details about the medical exam and the main reasons that may disqualify me
(i am wheelchair user because of old accident i have chronically disease and i don't take medicines )
do think i am eligible for the Express Entry ??

The Excessive Demand Threshold is currently $6655/year. If your medical issues will cost more than that, you will be medically inadmissible.

To add to what canuck said, this threshold includes cost of both medical and social services in case your condition requires access to those.
