Medical Examination for Applying PR

I have got my Visitor Visa to Canada,My husband holds a PR. Ill be going to Canada in a month and my husband will be applying for My PR (Spousal sponsorship ) after I go there.
My query is regarding Medical Examination. I thought of getting my medicals done before I leave India, I inquired in the registered hospitals, I was told that the medical report will be directly sent to the consulate, My worry is I have not yet sent my PR application to the consulate yet ,my husband will be sending it after I got to canada.

QUERY1: Can I get my medicals done here in India, let the hospital send the report to consulate , and after I reach Canada , submit PR application , will the consulate look into my medical report sent ? How will they do it.

QUERY2: Should I need to get the medicals done in Canada itself.

Kindly suggest me how do I go with this.

Thank you

You can do the medicals wherever you prefer. The physician will give you a receipt, which you include with your PR application. That's how the visa office will get the results.
