Medical Examination Expired

I am in big trouble. Can someone please help????!?!
CIC website indicated that they’ve received my application on May 28/2014. On Jan 20/2015 (after 6 months of waiting), I called CIC regarding to my AOR and checking on my application status and they advised me to double check carefully on my email so I go through one by one and shocked that CIC sent AOR and medication examination request from on July 28/2014 to my email but it went into my spam mail box that I never check. It said it need to be done within 60 days. And it is my fault for not checking this properly.I have sent an email on Jan 20/2015 explaining my situation to CIC Sydney and then Feb 6/2015 I sent another one and still waiting for their reply to give me instruction what I should do. Should I go ahead bring the medical examination request to do the examination in which CIC sent me on July 28 or wait until they reply to me on email?

I found a link which might be useful to you. There are a few others who have also missed the Medical request e-mail....I guess CIC will acknowledge that as a genuine mistake and send new request to you...

Try sending a PM to the person and ask him/her what happened later...

Get ur medicals done as requested. And keep trying to explain ur situation to cic. Good luck.

The only thing you can do at this point is to do the Medicals and submit them as requested.

After you've done the exam, you should write an email explaining your situation and hopefully they'll accept it.

But, don't be surprised if they don't accept them since your MR has technically been expired for over 6 months
