I completed my medical examination on 09-07-2009.Is there any way to know when my medical report is send back to CIC New Delhi by DMP?

You can ask your DNP.
The E cas status will also get updated as "Medicals received".

I have question regarding the medical test for children under 5 if you have (dependent children). what is the test for them and how long it last and what are the tests involved in?

Thanks. I applied under FSW in March 2008.In January 2009 I was asked to send full aplication.The detailed application with all documents was send on 25th April 2009.on 25/06/2009 I got letter for medical,to deposite RPRF fee and to send the passports.I have done my medicals and in a short time i will send the passports along with RPRF fee.I was also asked to send the birth certificate of self and spouse ( I am in process of getting birth certificates) and old passports of self and spouse.

The medical examination includes following
1. Complete physical examination for all.
2.Chest x ray for all persons above 11 years.(if there is history of tuberculosis in family then below 11 years also go for chest x ray)
3.Urine analysis for persons 5 years of age and above.
4.Blood examination for syphilis and HIV for persons above 15 years of age.
In my case the medical examination for the family(4 members) was over in one and half hours.

I recieved a Medical Request, but no forms. I am told that CHC sends a medical set. Is that correct? Or, can you download the medical forms and go straight to a DMP?

along with medical request CIC send a Medical Report: Section A Client Identification & Summary form for each member of the family.If you have not recieved it,do inform the visa office of your place by fax or e mail immediately.

Do you mean 2400 India rupees or American dollars? Did you have to go to an assigned doctor or you can visit any phisician?
