Medical examination before receiving ITA

You can go through medical exam after receiving an ITA. But I would suggest not to go for it before ITA.

Can you please explain why? Is it allowed though?

Hi dears..
My case is that am engaged.. and am willing to get married and add my spouse.. and i recieved the ITA while am still engaged.. my fiancee and I took the medical exam together same date before getting married.. will that be an issue that the date of his medical is before our marriage date?

I have received ITA today, can I go for medicals test today evening, does it counts as I went for medicals After I received ITA?Please help, I have an appointment today evening.
