I have IBD, Crohn's disease, it is a chronic disease which can be usually controlled by medication.

My question is that could this disease effect my EE application to be refused?

Neither of those are a danger to public health so it depends on the cost of your medication and treatment in Canada.

As long as it's " less than $19,812 per year for the next five years" then you should not have any problems.

Depends on the cost of the meds you are on
