I have injured my knee and my ACL is almost completely torn. Will this result in me to failing the medical examination and subsequent rejection of my PR/Express Entry?

Did your medical pass? I have partial tear in ACL. I did not go for surgery as my knee got well with exercise. I wanted to see if it is a serious problem for IRCC and if the cost of it is a lot for them to reject the case. I have already had my medical done and I forgot to mention this to medical examiner as it was not a bit issue causing me any problem now. Should I declare it now?
