Medical Exame for Family members

Hi
I want to sponsor my wife from Pakistan Islamabad we married in Afghanistan in 2010 and we have no kids. I read in the form that her each family members such as parents and brother and sisters has do medical exam and security Clarence check and take 8 photos. Is this true or i missed read it? No one else coming with her. I am from Afghanistan so we have to do the part 3 of immigration form as well. There it ask education, background and jobs and many other thing are those my wife has to complete or they ask these thing about her or me? In some of the forms it says the principle Applicant and applicant who are these people? I am confused please help.

Only your wife needs to do the medical exam, get her police certificates/security clearance and take the 8 photos.

Your wife will have to complete the information in the Regional Guide, make sure you submit all the forms required of the sponsor.

The principal applicant is your wife. In the sponsor forms, you are the applicant.
