Hello,

My younger sister uploaded the receipt of her upfront medical exam when submitting her study permit application online instead of the medical exam itself . Now, they sent her a medical form requesting for her medical exam. She sent a Webform including the already existing upfront medical exam they acknowledge seeing the document but still her account is still showing "Your action is required". It's 10 days already and she was given 30 days which means 20 days is left.

-Can she go in for a new medical exam?

- Will the system rejects the new medical exam if she decides to do a new medical exam?

Please anyone with such experience before ?

I think I have got the same situation but in case of PR application. I took the upfront medical exam last year before the pr submission. In March 2022, my application was approved and I was given the PR Portal. Yesterday (2022-06-16) IRCC sent me a message for another medical exam. I not sure whether this is a system glitch or I am really asked to retake it again.
