Hi everyone
I did medical exam in February 2020 and till now no news about visa Is there any hope to get visa before the medical exam period expired ?

Do you know if your medical is Passed? And if yes, when was it passed?

The 1 yr expiry is valid from date you passed the medical; not from when you did the exam

If you have already passed your medicals and your application is being processed then there is a chance to get you PPR before medicals expire. Even if your medicals are about to expire before getting your visa, don't worry, CIC will either extend them for 1 additional year or ask you for re-medicals and issue your visa afterwards. Good luck!

I don't think the OP would reply considering it's almost a year ago.
You could try ordering GCMS notes or call IRCC to know of the status of your Medical check.
