Hi I am a Canadian Citizen and my husband is American and we live in Pennsylvania. My husband is doing his PR application and we want to send it soon. We were wondering if he has to get his medical done before we file or do we wait to hear back from immigration after we file?
Also it asks for 5 photos for the medical. This seems like alot of photos, or do we use regular pictures? Plus we have to send 4 photos with PR application. Could someone please help us with this . Thanks!

You have to do it before you file for Immigration.

Search your local DMP here.
Call your DMP, as each country has some different specification of pictures and documents needed.
Usually it is passport size, call them and schedule an appointment for medicals

Hi Maple. :) If at all possible, have your medicals done before you submit your application, and send in the paper that the doctors office gives you. If you submit your medical later it may cause a delay in your file.

You will need 9 pictures - they need to be professional passport-like pictures (but to the specifications given to you in the Applicants kit).
