Hi,
I am planning to apply for the EE in October (first step, creation of an account and submission). Is it fine if I went under medical exam late August? I it important to create EE account and submit it first?

You need Medicals when you receive ITA and not when you create EE profile.

I would suggest do the upfront medical exam after you received an invitation.

Thanks for the reply. The issue is that my husband is applying for the EE and I am accompanying person. I am now in Canada and will live Canad in September for 1-2 years. That is why wanted to get tested now. Is it not a good idea?

Your medicals will only be valid for a year, so you may spend more money than you need to getting a second medical later on. You can get medical in other countries too http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

Ok, thanks. Then it is a matter of money!? Does it mean that I still can be tested now? I do not worry much, because our score is high enough.
Another issue is that the test results are directly sent by a doctor to CIC, but if there is no account how can it work?
Thanks.

As far as I remember, Dr. does not need an express entry number. He/she will give you an information sheet, which you'll need to upload to your mycic profile, after invitation to apply. At the same time Dr. will enter your medical info into a database, to which CIC has access to.

I think it is a matter of money, because if you don't validate your COPR, or enter Canada as a permanent resident, before August 2017 you'll need to undergo a medical exam again.

Sorry, did not get it. Let us say, if I can get PR before August 2017 and enter Canada before August 2017, I will need to be tested again?

In this case, no. If you were to "land" in September 2017, then you'd need to get tested again

Good luck with your application!
