Hi. I have a concern about may medical referral.. The letter was sent to me last jan 6 but i just read it today jan 23 because it did not go to my inbox instead it went to my spam folder and i just noticed that i am late in reading that email.. Does it affect my application if i am late submitting my self for a medical examination? Thank u

But the letter said that the medical examination must received by their office within 14 days of the letter AND Failure to comply within this deadline may result in the refusal of my application without further notice. I THINK I am over 14 days after I read the letter.. What is your thought about that? Thank you very much,

If this would have happened to me. I would have written the reason why I am late in submission of medical along with a screenshot of the email in the spam folder proving that the email from CIC landed in the spam folder and I couldn't do anything but to submit it when I saw the email.

Apparently if you are still waiting for the medical done just send an email to the CIC explaining the whole situation before they make any decision on your application. I hope that help.

U can even contact the panel doctor n ask them if u can still take an appointment for ur medicals

i think medical exam is 60 days. bec in my referal its written there 60 days.
