Medical Exam

Hi - I have my medical exam in a few days. I was asked to bring 4 passport photos along - Do I need to bring the Canadian sized passport photos or UK sized passport photos. Also, Am I correct in saying that the Canadian Doctor giving me the medical will have the IMM1017 form and I don't need to download it anywhere?

1. No the Canadian Immigration Sized photos.
2. Right, the DMP will have the forms.
