Just got a question about the medical exam,
I am applying for PR from within canada as commonlaw partner in canada (IMM 5289)
I just booked medicals for next week as the paperwork is finally nearly completed, and I thought that it will help my application go through a bit faster if i send of my medical and police checks along with the rest of the application, send everything all at once.
BUT Medical Examinations are valid for one year from the date of the examination. You must undergo a new medical examination if your visa has not been issued within one year from your medical examination date.
the initail assesment of sponsor and person being sponsored is taking up to 11 months at the moment
What shall I do?!?!
