Medical exam / Thyroid nodule

I have just been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule ( 4 mm) very small. Dr said is not likely to be cancerous but it definitely needs treatment so she sent some exams and medication and I have to go back in 6 months to check if it disappears . I am very concerned this can affect my medical exam. Although is most likely not cancerous I am afraid they can reject my application which will be sent soon via online.

Declaring a medical history is not optional. If was actually a thyroid nodule it would have likely been treated before arriving in Canada and wouldn’t have been deemed medically excessive.
