Medical Exam - rheumatoid arthritis

Our PR application is in process and MR is still pending.I am taking medicine for rheumatoid arthritis and thyroid disorder since last 10 years. Everything is alright and i am perfectly fine. But still we are worried about medical test. Could some one please clarify following queries we have?

1. Will our PR rejected because of this condition?
2. Should we disclose about these conditions and medicines taking during the medical exam?
3. Anyone got medical passed with these conditions?

If ircc find out that you withheld medical information, that is grounds for misrepresentation and you will be refused. Sorry to be blunt, but this is annoying for 99% of people, myself included that follow the rules and give complete disclosure in their application.

So I need to do another medical u mean because I didn’t submit my pr thing still. What you suggest. Do I disclose or be like this

Did you get PR?

Yes I did, I ordered Gcms notes in July, the notes showed that the officer was refusing my application on excessive demand.
I sent a letter to Ircc from my specialist, stating that I was off the expensive biologics and would not be going back on biological meds again. My medical passed 10 days after the letter was sent. I received ecopr yesterday!

My Aor is March 23rd 2021
I had some inflammation that was not going down, I have not been diagnosed with RA though, so I am not really sure what my condition was.
