Medical exam requirement for reentry to Canada through TRV

Hi guys, please provide your advise for my below query:

My spouse has traveled to India on Oct 2016 and she is planning to reenter Canada sometime soon through her current Temporary resident visa. As per the medical requirement posted in CIC site for temporary residents, we have to undergo a medical test if we have stayed outside Canada for 6 months in a row.

For re-entry to Canada, where she has to submit the medical result? Is it during port of entry or at embassy before to the travel? Will embassy provide any confirmation after the submission of her medical report for the travel?

Hi Sakthiece,
Im currently in a similar situation returning after being outside Canada for longer than 6 months. As I understood it, this only holds if you're applying for a new TRV or did your husband need to do to a new medical before re-entering even with a still valid TRV?
