We have appointed a representative. We got a CSQ request in February. SA approval in July and a message that the file has been trasfered in our local office in Montreal. Since then no news.

We check the eCAS everyday but still saying that they are reviewing eligibility and background check. The automated system by phone gives us the same infos.

Has your representative linked your CIC account? I would ask them do this or go to their offices and do it and see if there are any messages on your account. I do find it strange that you haven’t had the medical request.
