Medical Exam Request Received But No ME For Spouse

Hi all,


After a long wait (CEC applied in May 2014), finally received my ME last week. However, there's only ME for myself. My wife as the spouse included within my application didn't receive her ME request.

Should I contact CIC asap? Or what else can I do? Thanks for sharing your comments!

First of all check your email again, because they send it in separate emails (one for you and one for your spouse, some times those email will be under one subject but it will have 2 separate emails inside)
Then try to call the call center and explain them the problem maybe they can help you, if they can't help you you'll need to send an email to Ottawa to check why your spouse didn't got the MR. ( you'll probably wait a weak or two for them to reply)
